# A2M ⌁ Wallet Management & Security Guidelines

### 1. Wallet Creation & Import

* A2M supports both creating a new wallet within the platform and importing an existing one.
* **Restriction:** Each account can **only create or import one wallet**. If a wallet already exists, attempting to add another will show a grey screen prompt.
* **Note:** Wallets created within A2M currently **cannot export private keys**, in order to ensure accurate balance and transaction tracking. Export functionality will be available in future versions.
* When importing a wallet, always confirm the source is safe and avoid using unknown or untrusted wallet files.

***

### 2. Private Key & Seed Phrase Management

* For imported wallets, private keys and seed phrases must be carefully safeguarded.
* They are the **only credentials** for wallet access — if lost, they **cannot be recovered**.
* **Never** screenshot or store private keys/seed phrases in cloud drives, messaging apps, or online storage.
* Recommended: Use hardware wallets (cold wallets) or password managers for **offline storage**.

***

### 3. Authorization & Operational Security

* Always verify transaction details when authorizing operations on **A2M** or **AXIOM**.
* Avoid using the same wallet on unknown DApps to prevent malicious authorizations.
* For large funds, consider distributing assets across multiple wallets to reduce single-wallet risk.

***

### 4. Network & Device Security

* Use A2M only in secure network environments; avoid public Wi-Fi.
* Regularly update browsers and operating system patches to reduce risks of malware or phishing attacks.
* Protect wallet devices with strong passwords and enable **two-factor authentication (2FA)**.

***

### 5. Risk Warnings

* **Blockchain transactions are irreversible** — mistakes cannot be undone once executed.
* Beginners are advised to start with small amounts to test and familiarize themselves with operations.
* If you encounter issues, seek help via **official A2M channels** and never trust third-party claims.
